Atlanta to Athens Photo Safari 1985
In 1985, my friend Jodi and I made a photo safari from Atlanta to Athens in Georgia along U.S. Route 29. We stopped several times along the way to photograph roadside businesses and other attractions (Stonehenge???) All of this was captured in glorious black and white with my trusty Nikon FM2 camera and Nikkor 50mm f1.2 lens. WARNING: One of the images we captured was of a racist lawn sculpture.
